As a clinical psychologist I take security of your data very seriously.  I will only ask you for personal information which I require for my records.  I will store this information on password protected computer files.  Any paper documentation I keep about you (for example, my session notes) will be stored in locked filing cabinets.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (www.ico.org.uk) and keep my data in accordance with the new data protection laws under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
